I exercise in the morning about 4 days a week and after each gym session I used the KeepItAnchored Shampoo and Conditioner. After getting out of the shower, I applied about 8 drops of the leave-on essence to my scalp and then would style my hair as usual whether I wore it down or up in a bun. Easy as that. On rest days when I didn’t work out I just added the HairAnchoring Essence to my morning routine, as it can be applied to wet or dry hair. My Experiences and Results

Within the first week, my scalp already felt much more moisturized than usual and my hair was really smooth. Moving into the second week my hair also was noticeably shinier. Towards the end of this month, I noticed the bigger difference. There was definitely way less hair in the drain after my showers and even in my brush, as you can see in the below photos.   1. Hello! As far as I know hair is the first to react to stress. That is, this is an indirect sign that your body and your psyche give signals for help. I would advise you to see a specialist instead of stopping the external signs. Depression is no joke.

  2. I agree with you Harrison. I had a long conversation with my trichologist before going to see a psychologist..Yes, the stress crept in unnoticed. But taking antidepressants is not good for me. I have a responsible job now and I can’t waste time choosing a permanent remedy.   3. I have been dealing with this for a long time now. I just am not ready to deal with it. I know there are other things like stress and anxiety that can lead to insomnia but as long as I don't have any conditions such as that, I'm good. Just need to deal with these problems first before worrying about sleep troubles.
