I TRAIN PURE for the best version of myself. If you have been following along on social media this year, I’ve been training hard and going to the gym on average of 4-5 times a week. I made a goal to work hard and stay focus this year. Summer bods are not made in the summer. I’ve partnered up with Isopure to share with you my recent workout tips. I’ve been a big fan of Isopure for the past few months. Over the past year of working out, I wondered why I wasn’t really making much of muscle gains. I always ate healthy but I finally decided to count my calories and realized that I was deficient in my protein intake. When I did more research, protein powder is best to take before and post workout for your body to absorb and use most efficiently. I also found out a year ago that my body is starting to become more sensitive to lactose so finding a lactose-free protein powder was a top priority on my list. Isopure also hits that on the list for me.
