Winter Style Roundup

Winter Style Story

Before February turns the corner and say goodbye - here's a Winter Style Story roundup of my looks from this season shot in Syracuse. These have been my go-to winter outfits to get me through the cold. Turtleneck has been a huge play in recent years and continues to do so. I know everyone is looking forward to Spring already but this is a great time to pick up winter styles on sale! Be sure to shop the styles above. Let me know which is your favorite!

Look 1: Winter Vest + Turtleneck
The main piece of this outfit is the stylish plaid vest I got from Zara. I tried on a bunch of different combination and end up going with a monochromatic matching look. Going with the same colors - I went with a grey turtleneck sweater and darker grey wool suit pants. Dressed down the outfit with Sperry Top-sider boots.

Look 2: Camel Topcoat
To make the Camel DB Topcoat (Club Monaco) stand out, I kept the rest of the outfit muted and in this case, black and mysterious. Another turtleneck combination here with black jeans. The great thing about camel is the ability to match with brown and black items. I finished off the look with brown leather gloves and Sperry boots.

Look 3: Parka
Layering is always key to dressing stylish and for the weather. But sometimes you really need the big gun to get it done. The Penfield Parka has been an essential outerwear item in my closet for three winters now. There are days when it is just too cold and the parka is all you need. This is usually the occasion to bring out my Insulated LL Bean Duck Boots to keep my feet just as warm.
