Throwback Travel Thursday Series: SPAIN - Madrid Part II! Here we have a fun couple style look on our trip - two different ways to rocking stripes. We are both wearing striped shirts in this outfit of the day in Madrid. It's funny how over the years we really discovered our own style - I am a big fan of colors & patterns while Alicia loves minimal & monochromatic (very NYC of her haha). I think it's cool that we have our own style and it's very evident in this post. We had a blast exploring the other side of Madrid - checking out The Metropolis, Retiro Park - the Lake and Crystal Palace, and more!

Style Tips:

* Shawl Cardigan is a great stylish layer that can also be easily folded away when the temperature changes, perfect for travel especially when you'll be out from day to night

* European style loves a light scarf - the accessories really make this outfit. I grabbed an affordable one from H&M that had a cool bandana pattern

* Pop with accessories - nice matching Nato strap watch and some bracelets on the wrists

* Sharp casual pattern mixing - Navy & White Striped henley, Blue Bandana scarf, and Navy & Red Strap watch

* Travel with Comfort - you'll need comfortable sneakers to last walking around all day. We are rocking Adidas Samba and Converse, proven classics that can handle the task.

* Minimal Sharp - Classic leather jacket paired with black & white striped shirt, black jeans, and white sneakers (Black and white again and again)
