NYFW Men's Day 3 - Double Linen

Outfit Breakdown:

#MenswearMonday - One HOT Topic (pun intended) in Menswear during the summer season is how to wear a suit when the temperature keeps rising. Here's a suited up look using light summer fabrics to fight against the heat. For my first layer I'm wearing a custom design linen popover shirt thanks to my good friends at The Tailory NY. I went for a pattern mixing linen shirt you won't be able to find in stores. The combination of short sleeves and linen material helps me looking cool in the summertime. For my top - I have a red chambray blazer that is light and casual. The chambray red is awesome in the summer since it's got a nice nautical vibe and stand out from the usual navy and grey blazers. I finished off the look with seersucker suit pants and going sockless in some interesting brown oxfords.

For NYFW Men's Day 3, I went off the usual route and schedule to hit up a few shows and presentations in SoHo. A nice change in scenery - taking over the streets of downtown NYC. The temperature got way up on this time so the combination of summer fabrics really paid off. Another jam-packed day in the books: Nautica, Grungy Gentleman, Zachary Prell, and more!

  2. This look is all about using a light summer fabric to help fight against the heat. I'm going with a cotton twill suit here, which is lightweight and breathes well. Plus, it's easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion. To add some coursework writing uk extra warmth, I'm wearing a wool blazer and scarf. Finally, I'm finishing the look with some minimalist leather shoes and a fedora. If you're looking to stay cool and comfortable in summer weather, consider using a light-weight suit made from breathable fabrics.
